    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Howard County is mourning the loss of a teenage girl, shot and killed in her own bedroom early Sunday morning. Police are saying the suspected shooter, a 15-year old boy, shot her mother, the girl, and then himself. Police say it happened around 2 a.m. New Year’s Day at the 4800 block of Knoll Glen Road in Ellicott City. Police say they believe the mother heard a scuffle in her teenage daughter’s bedroom.     WASHINGTON –  Police and fire officials say a guest at a Washington hotel died after falling into a boiler shaft on the roof and plunging 10 floors to the basement.
